    I am currently assisting the Cumberland County (Maine) Sheriffs Department in compiling a list of all sheriffs from 1760 forward to the present. At present there is almost a complete listing with names and dates.

    However we are in desparate need of biographical data/photos/drawings, etc. of the various individuals. I would very much appreciate suggestions to websites where this information may be housed. I am no longer able to travel and must rely on the internet.
