Maricopa County, Arizona Vital Records Go Up in Cost

maricopacountyseal The Maricopa County (Phoenix is the big place down there) Department of Public Health announced today that its vital registration office will raise fees for copies of certificates beginning April 1. Birth & death certificates will increase from $10 to $15 each. Corrections and amendments to birth & death records, including court orders and affidavits, will now cost $25 instead of $23.
