ARIAS: Pennsylvania State Archives Records Online

pastatearchives-logo Digital records from the Pennsylvania State Archives ARIAS (Archives Records Information Access System) have been available online at the Archives website for some time now. The databases are as as listed and linked below. Go to: www.digitalarchives.state.pa.us/archive.asp

Currently, about 1,500,000 records are accessible on the website, and the State Archives plans to make additional records available in the near future. The original paper records were microfilmed. From this microfilm, the images were digitized for presentation on the Web.
