Vietnam and France have agreed to cooperate in the field of archives. The agreement was signed in Paris on Feb. 11 by Director of the Vietnamese State Archives Department, Vu Thi Minh Huong, and General Director of the French Archives General Department, Martine de Boisdeffre.
