The Virginia Genealogical Society and The Shenandoah Valley Genealogical Society are cosponsoring a conference in Winchester, VA – October 9, 2009 Reception from 5 – 7 at the Stewart Bell Jr. Archives at Handley Library in downtown Winchester.
