UPDATE: 2:20 PM – We are up and running again. It seems it was exactly the same issue as when it happened previously. A switch gets flicked from on to off within the programming, and stops access to the products. It looks like it’s happening when updates are made by the hosting service.
For all intents and purposes, the Family Roots Publishing website is down – and has been since just after midnight. You can get to the home page, but the products will not appear when you click on them. This same thing happened about a month ago, and we fixed it… but now the issue seems to be back. We’ve got a major “sale” going on at the site at the moment – ending at midnight tonight, so this is causing all kinds of grief for our customers as well.
Our website programmer is working on the issue, and hopefully we will be up and running again shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience. Considering what has happened, I’ve decided to extend the FREE POSTAGE sale… Dates not decided yet…
