It seems it was exactly the same issue as when it happened previously. A switch gets flicked from on to off within the programming, and stops access to the products. It looks like it&#8217;s happening when updates are made by the hosting service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For all intents and purposes, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.familyrootspublishing.com\/\/\">Family Roots Publishing website<\/a> is down &#8211; and has been since just after midnight. You can get to the home page, but the products will not appear when you click on them. This same thing happened about a month ago, and we fixed it&#8230; but now the issue seems to be back. We&#8217;ve got a major &#8220;sale&#8221; going on at the site at the moment &#8211; ending at midnight tonight, so this is causing all kinds of grief for our customers as well. <\/p>\n<p>Our website programmer is working on the issue, and hopefully we will be up and running again shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
