A book, titled “Lincoln County Lost: Lincoln County Before the Dam,” was recently published by the Georgia Department of Transportation. Sharman Southall, senior historian with the DOT, is the author of the book, which is now available for viewing in the genealogy department at the Lincoln County Library.
