Entrepreneur Bill Burch Introduces ArchivaLife – to Document Your Life Story

During the class periods, exhibit halls at conferences can be pretty quiet – if not dead. That’s when the exhibitors themselves get to visit. This was the case at the California Family History Expo a couple weeks ago. One of the booths near my Family Roots Publishing booth was the ArchivaLife exhibit, manned by Bill Burch himself. He’s the man behind the idea of the ArchivaLife product, and a very interesting guy. A while back he came up with this idea which allows users to record events on a timeline – and then write about the events in as much detail as they like. This record is then combined with photographs, and documents and stored in a beautiful leather case – for generations to come.

I would bet that anyone who purchases Bill’s system, and records their memories, as well as pictures and such had better be very specific when they make out their will as to who may be chosen to receive the Archivalife. Otherwise there’s sure to be a big family fight.
