Looking Back at the Redding Family History Expo

For Brad Ogden and his wife Teri, researching their family genealogy has helped shed light on their own lives. Exhibit Hall - Redding California Family History ExpoThrough the stories he has heard and read, Brad feels he has a better understanding of why he is the way he is, he said.

“For me, it’s just about discovering my heritage, ancestry,” he said. “I’m able to discover stories of why my ancestors moved west and learn about their struggles.”

The Ogdens were among the roughly 300 who attended the attended the 2009 California Family History Expo at the Redding Convention Center over the weekend.
