Join Us at the 2010 Virginia Beach Genealogical Society Conference!

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that I’ll be speaking for the 2010 Virginia Beach Genealogical Society Annual Conference. I Virginia Beach Central Libraryam scheduled to be there on March 20, 2010, and will be presenting at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The conference is titled “What’s New – Researching, Compiling, Preserving,” and I will present the following lectures:

  • Organizing, Preserving, Accessing & Sharing Your Digital Documents & Pictures
  • Blogging Your Genealogy
  • USA State and Territorial Censuses & Substitutes
  • Using Tax Records to Extend Your Genealogy

A number of exhibitors will be at the conference including my own Family Roots Publishing Company; Colonial Roots; Family History Research Society of Northeastern NC; Jigsaw Genealogy; Virginia Genealogical Society, the Afro-American Historical Society, and the Virginia Beach Genealogical Society.
