The New Encyclopedia of Arkansas History and Culture

Prompted by a short article in the May 20, 2006 Baxter Bulletin in honor of a group of volunteers from the Baxter County Historical and Genealogical Society, I spent some time on the new Encyclopedia of Arkansas History and Culture that launched May 2nd.
