Room Upgrades Under Way at the Plaza Hotel

The NGS exhibit hall has 75 exhibitors displaying their wares this year. In booth #312, you’ll find my friend, Rich Williams. He’s the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel – and a sponsor of this blog and the Genealogy Newsline. I got the opportunity to visit with him this morning, and Rich tells me that the Plaza is in full upgrade mode. The hotel, which resides next to the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, has 150 rooms available for guests who want to stay as close as possible to the library when in SLC. Over half the rooms have been remodeled in the last several months, with the remainder to be finished soon. I’m including a couple pictures – as well as one of Rich Williams and myself. Enjoy…
