Ruth Ellen Maness specializes in Scandinavian research. Besides working at the reference desk and behind the scenes on the European floor at the Family History Library, Ruth Ellen Maness has written extensively for Heritage Quest and the Genealogical Helper Magazines. Ruth is a popular lecturer, as well as accomplished Scandinavian specialist. She works on Floor B-1 in the Family History Library.
