November 4-5, 2011 – North Little Rock, Arkansas
The Arkansas Genealogical Society will sponsor their annual Fall Seminar and Book Fair, featuring Mark, Lowe, CG, FUGA. the event will take place at the Wyndam Hotel, #2 Riverfront Place. On Friday evening, Mark will have a workshop – in two parks, entitled “Preparing for a Day in Court.” On Saturday, he will present: Out on a Limb, Trapped by Bad Research and Brick Walls;” “the Big Three, Tennessee’s Geographic Regions;” and “Is it Really Online: Finding and Using Original Sources at Home or in the Library.” The AGS Annual meeting will also take place Saturday afternoon.
Family Roots Publishing Co. will be exhibiting at this conference.

October 15, 2011 – Plano, Texas
The Plano and Richardson Texas Family History Centers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are sponsoring their free annual Great Family Search conference. The keynote speaker will be Jim Greene, Marketing Manager for FamilySearch.
