You just never know who you will run into! My daughter Jane and I were in a funky little jewelry shop in Fort Collins, Colorado, when I spotted a nice big display of JillAnne Designs, Fused Glass Jewelry. I immediately began telling Jane all about how Larry Benedict on the Christmas Tour is so (rightfully) proud of his artistic daughter and how he brings some of her jewelry for us to buy. And then this voice said, “I’m JillAnne!” And so she was and we had a lovely visit. She just happened to be in THAT store on THAT day at THAT time so I’m thinking it was meant to be to meet her.

Barbara Fleshman reports from Florida that Jan Masteryanni is recovering nicely and might just be home really soon. Janice Healy reports from Portland that she is recovering from her hip replacement. Leland reports (saw him at the Loveland Family History Expo) that he is tired of hauling boxes of books in and out of the truck.
