We’ve Been Traveling

The last blog I posted was from the SCGS Genealogical Jamboree in Burbank. Since then, Tara, Dale and I have exhibited for Family Roots Publishing Co. at North Platte, Nebraska; Rapid City, South Dakota; and Sheridan, Wyoming. We’re set up today at the Colorado Family History Expo in Loveland, Colorado. And we plan to exhibit on Monday and Tuesday at the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. Then we get to go home to a more normal lifestyle for most of July.

While in South Dakota, we spent a couple days at our place near Custer. We pitched our tent and roughed it while there, as there is no habitable house on the property. We also spent a few hours at Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Mountain, both within 20 miles or so of our property.
